The Anchored Root
The Anchored Root was founded by two women with a shared calling to help others at a deeper level. Together, our mission is to create joint protocols that are safe, realistic, and -when appropriate- aligned through both conventional and holistic lenses to support you in feeling your best.
How it works:
When booking with us at The Anchored Root, we will automatically set you up a telehealth appointment with our NP, along with receiving a Remote Testing Kit.
During your telehealth, our NP will review your symptoms, history, meds, diagnosis, and rule out any "red flag" issues to determine what must stay under medical care. Standard labs will be available and included in your package.
Once the HHP receives your remote testing kit, she will run a Bio-Energetic test to determine any imbalances throughout the body. She will identify any stress patterns and nutrient support.
Together, We will provide a protocol that provides optimal health to have you feeling your best.
We will then schedule an appointment via phone or video call, with both NP & HHP, or one or the other to walk through what we found, the protocol, and answer any questions that you may have.
Healing takes time. We offer structured 90-day programs and membership options so you're not doing this alone. Your HHP support you with lifestyle and nutrition changes, while you NP monitors the medical side and keeps an eye on labs, medications, and overall safety.

Our Anchor Starter Package consists of NP Telehealth Medical Intake, a Bio-Energetic Scan & Interpretation with our HHP, A Joint Protocol Visit (either co-visit, or split visit), a written protocol summarizing lifestyle, nutrition, supplement ideas, and any NP Medical notes. Our starter package is perfect for the fist time client.
The 90-Day Root includes everything in the Starter Pathway plus 2 HHP follow-up calls, and 1 NP follow-up telehealth visit. During these calls, adjustments may be made to protocol to make sure you are feeling your very best. You will also receive an additional Bio-Energetic test if stressors were involved during your initial visit, for comparison.
The Anchored Root Membership includes the Anchor Starter Pathway plus follow ups every other month with your HHP and NP, portal messaging with response window policy, discounts on supplements and Bio-Energetic Testing.
